The state of Utah

Are any areas excluded?

The Colorado, San Juan, Green,  Yampa, Gunnison, Dolores and Vermillion River mainstems, as well as the Great Salt Lake, Small portion of SubRegion 1704 in Northwest Utah and two areas in SubRegion 1408 in Southeast Utah, are excluded.
